Hello, I’m Amber

And I wholeheartedly believe that it is possible to have a life filled with peace when it comes to food and your body.

Why am I so confident in this belief? Because I have personally experienced it. My journey with food struggles began at a young age, and eventually developed into a full-blown eating disorder during my late teens and early 20s. I went through periods of extreme restriction and over-exercising, as well as emotional eating and binging and purging. These struggles consumed my thoughts and limited my life for a significant amount of time.

And while everyone's story with food is unique, I want to assure you that I truly understand what you're going through. Food and my body used to control my life, but for the past 16 years, I have been fully recovered and at peace. I now eat freely, both for nourishment and enjoyment, and I have done the necessary work to accept and embrace my body. When I say that it is possible to find peace, I say it with absolute certainty. I am living proof of this, and so are the hundreds of other women I have supported on their own journeys to recovery.
