- Understand and regulate your nervous system without relying on food as a coping mechanism.
- Learn to manage sensitivity and anxiety, unlocking the power within to navigate life's challenges with resilience.
3. Inner Child Healing and Attachment Work:
- Cultivate emotional nourishment through self-kindness, validation, and self-compassion.
- Embark on inner child healing and attachment work, dismantling fat phobia and updating beliefs that no longer serve you.
4. Creating Security and Safety:
- Establish boundaries for a secure and safe environment within your body and surroundings.
