You understand that although I am on active status as a licensed professional counselor in the states of Georgia, I am not providing mental health services nor serving in the capacity of a licensed mental health professional. You also understand that I am bound to follow the laws and rules that pertain to licensed professional counseling including but not limited to mandated reporting of child and elder abuse.

You understand that everything you share will be considered private. However, The Maiden’s Journey, LLC cannot guarantee confidentiality. Do not share any confidential and proprietary information which may harm your business or personal interests if repeated, copied, or otherwise transmitted and/or implemented by a third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Maiden’s Journey LLC, its affiliates, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, lawsuits, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees at all tribunal levels) arising out of or related to any activity, work, or other thing done or permitted to be done by you where such liability arises from negligence on your part or the violation of this Agreement. This includes any liability arising from breach of confidentiality by any party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Maiden’s Journey LLC, will not be liable or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business, loss of opportunity cost, loss of profits and the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warrant, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if Maiden's Journey has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Damages, including attorney's fees and costs, are limited to the amount paid under this agreement.

I deeply believe that our behaviors with food and our disdain for our body is simply a symptom of something much larger. Thats why this relationship deeply impacts our mental health and keeps us in a perpetual addictive loop of unhappiness our dissatisfaction.  

Drawing upon psychology, somatics, and embodiment practices, this self study course will take you deep into what is happening below surface. You will view your relationship with food and body in a completely new light and gain the practical tools to make actual long-lasting change

    • Dive deep into the emotional and psychological factors that have influenced your relationship with food and body image.
    • Engage with Jungian Shadow work and IFS parts work to move to a place of self acceptance and personal responsibility for our most vulnerable parts.
    • Learn how to cultivate self-compassion and let go of self-judgment, allowing you to nourish your body and mind with the kindness you truly desire

    •  Discover practical techniques to develop a mindful approach to eating, helping you savor each bite and make choices that truly align with your well-being.

    • Working with false beliefs, boundaries and how to hold big emotions, you will learn how to find true safety and belonging from the inside out.

    • Learn how to reconnect with your body and listen to its signals and slowing down, allowing you to make choices that truly nourish and support your well-being. 

    • Reset your relationships with Movement and Fashion by experiencing new way of moving and dressing your body from a space of fun, pleasure and freedom.
