THE HONEST TRUTH
Somewhere along the way, you got very good at disappearing. Not all at once, slowly, quietly, in a hundred small moments where you made yourself smaller so someone else could feel bigger.
You smiled through the exhaustion. You managed everyone's feelings. You earned your worth over and over again, and still it never quite felt like enough.
You are not falling apart. You are waking up. And waking up, after a long sleep, can feel a lot like breaking.
What you need is not another self-improvement project. What you need is a room full of women who recognize you, and a guide who has walked this path herself.
I'm Amber
I am a psychotherapist, guide, and the woman who knows firsthand what it costs to be very, very good at being what everyone needs you to be.
I know the allure of the good girl. The way perfectionism feels like safety. The weight of holding it all together while slowly losing the thread back to yourself.
Having walked my own winding path, and having walked alongside hundreds of women in my therapy practice and in this circle, I know how much more alive life is on the other side.
I am not here to fix you. I am here to hold the mirror steady while you remember who you already are.
Im Ready to Join
The next round begins July 14, 2025. Space is intentionally limited to protect the intimacy of the circle.
This group is not intended to replace individual psychotherapy. Participants should have access to mental health support and not be in active crisis.
you are ready if any of this is true...
You are highly sensitive and have spent years treating that as a liability instead of a gift.
You are exhausted by the version of yourself you perform for everyone else.
You have done the therapy, the books, the podcasts — and something still feels stuck.
You are craving rest, truth, and a rhythm that actually honors how you are built.
You want to be in a room with women who don't need you to pretend you are okay.
You are ready to stop waiting for permission to want what you want.
Something in you is quietly, persistently whispering: it's time.
Frequently Asked Questions
This group is not intended to be used in place of traditional psychotherapy.
This course is open to all those that identify as a woman, including the LGBTQ+ community, who are eager and ready to step into a more empowered and aligned life.
While it is my hope that this work is done with ease and playful curiosity, I do request that those who participate have done some degree of inner healing work before, aren’t in an active state of crisis, and have access to mental health care.
How much time will this take?
In addition to the 75 minute group sessions (3x a month) you will also be provided a weekly lesson or meditation, which ranges from 10-30 minutes. I also recommend setting aside at least 1 hour each week for journaling and self-exploration activities.
That being said, this is a highly personalized experience. If you aren't able to make a group session, they will be recorded for future replays as well as 12 month access to all course content for you to rewatch or engage according to your availability.
What if I have moved past certain archetypes?
While life experiences encourage us to walk through certain archetypes like the maiden, mother, and wise woman. However, these are energies that live within us all despite our age, stage of life, or life experiences. The intention of this course is to teach you how to connect and work with these archetypes (or parts within you), not to abandon or move past them.
Also, there is no age requirements or life experiences necessary to fully experience this work. I have worked with women in their 20s to their late 70s with all different backgrounds.
Is this therapy?
Nope! This is a group coaching program and women's circle. This course is not intended to take the place of traditional psychotherapy. However, it works beautifully in addition to your ongoing therapy work.
If you are in a crisis mode, feeling unstable, and having a hard time functioning day to day, I would not recommend this group experience. Please seek out support from a licensed mental health professional in your area.
Is there a refund policy?
Because of the digital nature of this program, there are no refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at [email protected].
