This is a meticulously crafted four-day program tailored for those who've spent a lifetime navigating the complexities of anger—suppressing, disconnecting, or over expressing.
Through this psychology and somatics, I will show you how to access and express grounded, healthy anger and connect with your personal power so that you can be fully known and held in your relationships, experience more conviction and presence in your work, and enjoy a clearer, freer mind.
Here is the breakdown:

Day 1: Thursday March 14th 12:00 EST
- Explore earliest memories of anger.
- Connect with the physical sensations of anger in your body and what may be interrupting your grounded expression
- Meditation based on Internal Family System’s parts work to understand protective parts associated with anger.

Day 2: Thursday March 21st 3:00 EST
- Use shadow work based in Jungian concepts to explore anger and power
-Connection with your personal story to access your anger
-Guided meditation and body based healing work to release pent up anger

Day 3: Tuesday March 26th 6:00 EST
-Exploring how to ground your anger and connect to your power to set boundaries and take aligned action.
- Queen Meditation to activate connection with your power.
- Coaching around personal expressions of anger and holding power.

Day #4 Saturday March 30th 12:00 EST
Integration and closing ceremony.
